About Peace Activities Switzerland
We are a young Non
Governmental Organization based in Zurich, Switzerland. Our
members originate from different countries and we pursue the
goal to inform and sensitise people about current ongoing
conflicts around the world.
We strive to inform the population in an objective and impartial
way in order to establish a knowledge basis for a better and
profound understanding of the actual conflicts. Our final target
is to launch a critical but fruitful dialogue in order to enable
a sustained and pacific cohabitation between all involved
population groups in the crisis areas.
In order to perform this work in an efficient way we have
founded the organization “Peace Activities Switzerland P.A.S”.
In accordance to the United Nations Charter, everyone,
independent from her / his nationality, willing to support our
peace activities is very well welcomed in our organization.
